1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your philsot account. You agree to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All transactions on the philsot platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). philsot supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. • Transactions suspected of being related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable Philippine law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

philsot may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spin credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players and cannot be transferred between accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the philsot platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written authorization from philsot.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, philsot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the philsot platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical issues outside philsot's reasonable control, interruptions in service, or actions taken by third-party payment providers.

philsot's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

philsot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false or inaccurate.
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.

Upon termination for cause, philsot reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, any real-money balance remaining in the account. Termination of a player's account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
